Review Criteria for Expert Panels

The Evaluation Branch has clarified its review criteria for expert panels, which will be used to assess applications that include this method. These criteria reflect a process that incorporated expertise and past experience from the Branch as well as advice from the NIH Technical Merit Review Committee.
